Extremely satisfied with trampoline and customer service. It arrived to my dsughter with no directions but I emailed company and they immediately emailed PDF id directions. My 33 yr old daughter said it was fairly easy to assemble by herself and had her hubby help her at very end. Grandkids love it. They are 3 and 5 and can both use it at same time. She had it on her porch and its a great incentive for them to listen during day it they dont get to use it. She said the quality is excellent.
