To those having trouble with assembly:

The instructions were pretty unclear, but I managed to figure it out and get it assembled within an hour. Ill try to explain as clearly as possible. So the easiest way for me was to leave the back of the chair unattached until the very end. I assembled everything else and then turned the seat of the chair on its side, front facing downwards so that the holes are facing upwards. I inserted the bolts into the seat WITHOUT the washers and nuts. Once it was sitting flush, youll need to screw in everything. There will be a small zipper pouch in the upholstery right below where the two parts connect that will give you access to the end of the bolts to tighten the nuts. Just do that, zip the pouch, turn it upright, and you should be good to go! Just make sure that the back is not loose before putting all your weight on it. PS. This makes for a very comfy desk chair, just make sure the measurements line up with your desk to ensure its not too short. I can also sit cross legged comfortably in this chair as a mid-size woman. Hope this helps
