Upon receiving my complaint, the company immediately contacted me to address my concerns. I simply verified the damage and purchase information, and within days received a new part to replace the damaged one. Thank you so much, Alma from !
Upon opening the box, the right side (t) was bent, rendering the frame useless and unstable. Unfortunately, I opened it 3 days after the return window closed. Otherwise, a very attractive bed.
