Great seller but products lack quality consistency
Good for its value. I purchased 2 boxes (4 chairs). The delivery was faster than expected. Unfortunately, this product is difficult to assemble due to holes and screws alignment issues. I wish I had read all the 1/ and 2/star reviews before making the purchase. So here are all the issues:
1) The holes and screws do not match/align. The product description says its a 5/minute assemble but it turned out to be 40 min. per chair.
I contacted the seller for prepaid shipping labels because they dont offer that automatically when you requested return/refund. They are nice and responsive. The customer service is 1000 better than the product. However, I am satisfied and happy with the result of this purchase.
