I ordered 3 sets of chairs, each a different color for my boho style great room/kitchen. One of the yellow chairs was missing a part for the leg assembly and the 2 of the screws didnt line up for the backrest assembly. I contacted the seller who responded within 12 hours, clarified the issues, then sent not 1, but TWO new yellow chairs to rectify the issue. I only had one chair that I was unable to use, so I was only expecting one in resolution. I was very pleasantly surprised! Communication was fast and pleasant and they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my hard money spent to them. Well I am very pleased and LOVE THE LOOK AND COMFORT OF THESE CHAIRS!! Works great!
