Wow first piece I removed from the packaging, the top corner piece of the console has a massive piece broken off. Is this a customer return you sold me? Very irritated. One star is overrated. Should have bought the higher priced Galveston console table instead.
Update: good thing there are no kids around furniture like this that show ridiculous and careless workmanship! Took the drawer out of packaging to discover the side nail carelessly hammered and jutting out, effectively damaging the wood work. Whole drawer falling apart. Pathetic

Im happy to report that while I was unhappy with the product, customer service went above and beyond my highest expectations- they took accountability. They not only refunded me the full amount but also requested that I did not have to return the product back. Yes, few mistakes do happen but now I have full confidence that the seller will ensure continuous product and customer service integrity backed by quality control and full responsibility/accountability.
