Assembling. It was a little uncomfortable at first but needed to be broken in. Now its very comfortable and Ive gotten some of my best naps on this couch. It was easy to assemble but it does require a drill to speed things up. The arms rests do not attach but I dont use them anyway. I bought pillows instead. It fits perfectly in my game room.
