The back panel of the tv stand came broken inside the box. All other pieces were fine (it was in the middle of the stack of panels) and shipping box was fine so not sure how that happened. I have yet to assemble it as the back panel is one of the main pieces. Will update when I receive replacement panel from the manufacturer. Thankfully it took less than 5min on the phone to have them order and send out a replacement panel. Was very easy. Hopefully replacement panel comes undamaged. may be returning
