My girls and I have searched for something to fit the room we call the hang-out spot! This fits perfectly perfect. It is amazing! My 13 year old assisted in putting it together - my way of saying it is easy to assemble. I gave it a 4 only because my daughter and I struggled to attach the chaise to the bed portion. It is quite firm and the quality is good especially considering the price. I am always skeptical when making big purchases online as we purchase blindly. I am not disappointed. One thing to point out, if you are very tall you will have to lay diagonal to be comfortable (my daughter plays basketball and has some tall friends ). A big plus, I love that the seller reached out to confirm delivery and asked if the sofa was ok. Kuddos as great customer service is ALWAYS a plus!
