I have been using this chair for one and a half years. So far so good. However at the corner of the handle portion, the metal rod pops out due to wear out of the wrapping material. With the edge of the metal part being sharp, it is a risk of cutting. The suggest improvement is to install a cap at the end of the rod or rounding the rod end. We are more than satisfied. Love it
