The bed itself is nice. Love the blue color. There were two issues, one not the fault of the manufacturer so Im not reducing the rating. The trouble started because the footboard was damaged. The company had no trouble sending us another one; however, they delivered the entire bed again and we were instructed to open the packages, remove the piece we needed and send back the rest. We did that but a few days later, we received the entire bed again! Believe it or not, we are having a hard time getting to pick it up. Although the product is very nice, be very careful ordering through ! Im fairly disappointed.
