Item arrived but one side rail was damaged and bent. I planned to return it but it will be a lot of work and effort to put them back in the box because it has a lot of parts and very heavy. So I decided to straighten the bent and damaged side rail, and it worked but not as perfect so I hammered it to fit in. Also, the screen of the rail partly came off and sharp edges were sticking out so I took out the screen. I hope I get a discount from the retailer. Fast service.
