Everything about this chair is exceptional and unmatched anywhere online. Im still in shock with the quality, beauty, comfort softness and overall appearance. It is firm which is what hoped for! Love the height of it. The chair design supports your back which is an added bonus!! The customer service is unequally matched. I had to cancel the 2nd chair (green) due to limited space (apt life). The cancellation and refund was immediate following a couple of messages. This was definitely a GREAT purchase (cost, purchase, customer service, and delivery). Not one issue! That is rare with online purchases.
