I emailed the seller and tried to cancel my order before it shipped (decided to buy a different chair) but it ended up shipping the next day. They were extremely accommodating and asked if I would keep the chair for 50 refund back and walked me through the steps to request a refund via text. That was very fair of them! So we put the chair together (very simple, took about 15 minutes) and we actually really love it! Its very comfy and beautiful. The only thing I would note as seen in my pictures that the wooden legs are definitely lighter than advertised but we didnt mind this. Overall, very pleased with customer service and quality of product. solid build quality
