These chairs are ROCK HARD! But theyre beautiful. If you have a room you dont sit in much but want to look really pretty this is perfect. You can sit in them, they just arent snuggle up and read a book kind of chairs. Customer service was very friendly and easy to work with when I contacted them about my concerns. They were very helpful and care about their customers
