Its smaller than I was expecting and is priced a bit on the high side for a chair of this size but its not worth it to return it. It is a beautiful chair and works well for a reading chair or extra seating. Loved that all I had to do was screw the legs on when it came and it arrived sooner than expected so that was nice.
