Easy to assemble took hubby abt 30 min...There was a price discrepancy with the sofa and the company honored it with no problem, kept their word and shipped it as promised. I thank and appreciate the good customer service..Ok now lets talk abt the sofa..Very good quality, cushions thick and couch is very sturdy!!! omg I love it...it is considered an futon but it doesnt let down, but thats ok. I love the chaise....couch very comfortable.
