When the couch finally arrived..it was great. The installation was easy and VERY MINIMAL—you just have to attach the base to the back and sides, everything else is assembled on the couch. (Make sure to have a rubber mallet). Comes in 2 boxes.
Seat cushions are currently on the stiffer side but again we don’t mind—it does get softer the more you use. Back cushions are way softer than the seat—keep in mind the back cushions are the only things you can remove and wash. There is about a 1.5-2in gap between the Chaise and Pull out bed when extended. Not sure why, but it’s not a huge deal for us—it doesn’t hinder the functionality of the couch. The “house” the pull out bed goes into is a thick plastic border—ours came dented on one of the corners so for us to put the bed back we have to hold that part out so that the bed can go back in.
The storage for the Chaise is made out of thick plastic that you build(fold the sides up and use the provided corner attachments) then you just place inside—it just sits on the floor.
All in all decent couch. Looks great and very functional. Great for small spaces has a fairly small footprint with the ability to provide ample seating.
I would personally order from a different seller due to the entire shipping mishap, it wasn’t worth paying almost $300 more just because it was going to arrive in the timeframe I needed it to, but then didn’t come when I needed it—Def buy from a different seller who has it for less. But the couch itself is great.
