the thing i didnt like is that when I attempted to cancel the order, the company rejected the request because the item was about to ship (I finally got a notice several days or a week later saying it shipped). I found the sales tactic a little sneaky. It would be better if the company would state a very clear cancellation policy up front. LOVE LOVE!!
