Took me about 45 mins to put together on my own. Everything in the box was labeled to make it even easier to follow. Headboard pieces wrapped and labeled separate from the frame pieces. Same for the screws and bolts for each. Very sturdy bed. Makes no noise whatsoever!! Has plenty of room underneath for storage. I was able to stack two of the under the bed rolling totes and still pull them out with ease.
