During shipping a part of the couch was damaged. A quick email to customer service started the quick process of getting a new part sent! I love that I can move the modules around. We ended up making the L couch into two separate couches / although we needed to buy an additional piece to do it. I love my couches. They are so comfortable. I highly highly recommend these couches to anyone! Just as seen in the picture!!!
