Had a major problem but was made right by the manufacturer
Was quite unhappy with this purchase when the king bed showed up with the queen hardware inside the smaller box.
I called the manufacturer who said they could not send me the appropriate parts as theyre all packed up already.
The customer service woman was very friendly and understood my anger.
She offered to replace the ENTIRE bed at their cost so that I could get the correct hardware. I had to take the old bed to the dump, on my time and my time. This process also voided my warranty from the manufacturer since I was using it to get the bed I ordered in the first place.
A week later my bed showed up without issue and was set up.
Ive read that this is possibly an error on s part in their warehouse. If I could prove that for sure then Id give one review.
On the other hand, made things right with me, despite it costing me time and a little bit of money.
All in all this was a bad situation made good by the manufacturer / but it shouldnt have happened in the first place. Worth the price !!!
