The futon was lost in transit for 10 days. Inaccurate tracking info was provided so we couldnt track it. Box was damaged upon arrival. Horrific customer service in this regards. That being said, it FINALLY showed up. Provided pics regarding set up. Directions are self explanatory. It seems sturdy. I bought it for myself to lay down and recover from major abdominal surgery since my sitting chair is too uncomfortable. Memory foam is adequate and comfortable. Adjustable recline and arm rests. Easily adjusted. Nice fabric. Soft. Rich color and easy to clean. The futon itself is very nice. The customer service is less to be desired and they obviously have idiots in the shipping department. Its affordable and fits nicely in a small space for me. I had to put an area rug down so the legs wouldnt ruin my hardwood floors.
