I have had this futon for 2 years now as the main living room couch because of the small space. Never felt the need to replace it. I have had many a guest sleep on it overnight and never once complained. I like that it is not leather or resin so it doesnt stick to your body. The Suede is very soft and if you buy it in the Brown Shade I am certain you wont have to clean it as often as the black one. I wish though, the cushioning was slightly thicker but I am still happy with the current one. Also, I think they increased the price in the past 2 years. It definitely was worth for 150. I wouldnt buy it for 180! However, a great buy!
