In all honestly, the first ottoman I received had a defect and I couldnt install the 4th leg. I contacted the company and they IMMEDIATELY got back to me and shipped me a replacement.
Now that I have the ottoman (plus the defected one Ill see if I can fix and also keep), I LOVE it. The tufted top is so soft and squishy. Its pretty good quality and adorable in my house. This company nailed it.
