1, seat waterfall cushion is high quality, not soft, great support for my but.
2, armrest is almost fully folded back.
3, Great tension adjustment for rocking the chair, you can loose it or tight it.
4, I can do it, my husband assembled for me in less than30 mins. No Special tool.

6, I am skinny and have a curve back, need a little more lumber support. If they add a cushion on lumber support, that would be fantastic.
