Mirror frame was broken. Looked like someone dropped it on its side.
Mirror is very heavy and challenging to deal with.
They gave me a full refund, and thank god I didnt have to box it up and return it.
For normal returns, buyer pays for shipping which would cost more than the mirror so make sure you want it.
That said, mirror is beautiful if you have the room for it. It says on the listing you can hang this on the wall, but you cannot.
