The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the assembly instructions. I did not have difficulty assembling the stand but the instructions were mad up of only part and assembly drawings. I recommend adding some step by step comments to make the assembly a little more understandable. O am totally pleased with the product, it is very sturdy and tucks nicely into the corner of my room with my 50 tv. Very helpful.
