I love the look of the chair, it’s beautiful— but I guess if I’m only using it as accent piece. I get lots of compliments on the chair but I don’t love it as a rocker. When I sit in it, it’s a bit snug (I’m 8 mos pregnant). I don’t see myself rocking my baby in this chair it’s not that comfy. It unnaturally leans slightly forward when seated as if you’re almost forced to use your feet to push back to level it or you’d need an ottoman to make it a comfortable sit longer than 5 minutes. If you’re sitting short term it’s ok—but expect a slight workout on the calves just for sitting NOT rocking. Like many other reviewers mentioned, it was hard to get the back on. It took 3 people to make it fit. Once we got it, it worked but one should not have to work that hard to put it together; the manufacturer should review/redo this feature…..so be prepared.
It’s just ok. I can’t give it more than 3 stars—only for beauty. Surely not for the rocker part or the comfort which defeats the purpose of buying it as a rocker.
