We got this a year and a half ago and it was ok in the beginning, little crea how others describe when I get in or out. Over time though, the mattress does fall through some of the cracks and one of the support planks has cracked . Its my husband and I and he is about 190 I am about 140. Its ok product but dont recommend for long term use.
However, the customer service is great and are sending us a free set of planks to replace old ones! Assembling.
