After ordering the IF-1099 Saddle Stool from the Store it arrived on time and it was well packaged. The stool appeared to be very sturdy and well made. During the assembly of the stool an issue developed with one of the legs of the stool which easily could have been considered an owner assembly problem. As a result I then contacted the Customer Satisfaction Center telephone number provided in the enclosed directions. I spoke with a Store representative and explained the circumstances with the stools leg. The representative was very apologetic that the leg had broken and immediately stated that they would replace the leg at no additional cost. In the paperwork that was sent with the stool the Store stated that Customers are our top priority, and that they strive for 100% satisfaction.. I am very happy to report that the Store definitely backed up this statement. I would highly recommend the products that the Store sells and commend them for backing up that statement! Im sure to be a repeat customer and I will be telling everyone that I know to visit Store.com. Thanks again and Well Done!!
