After assembling, on the first rock the side frame came out of the armrest, put back in but when you rocked would come back out. Contacted company and they responded promptly and sent a new chair without having to disassemble and return the faulty one (asking me to kindly dispose) and they even sent the replacement Fed Ex so I could get it before XMas. The rocker is a solid firm rocker that my wife loves.and she is a heavy rocker, (they even put velcro on the bottom of the rocker blades so it doesnt slide so much) she wants to be a rocker tester for companys, she has been through a lot of them. Very happy with the companys quick response and resolution. Will review again after a months use. (I think they should put a screw there with a cap like the rest of assembly)
Update 1/22/2022: Unfortunately, the same thing happened again, the same arm, same joint came out. This time I drilled a hole, glued and put a screw in it. Hopefully the other joints that dont have a screw will hold up. Good customer service but I have to take away 3 stars since the same thing happened and now you can see my repair.I am disappointed in the quality
