I bought this bench as a computer desk chair because my 19-year-old cat was hogging my old office chair (80% cat 20% me).
Its pretty comfy, but if you are sitting on it all day, Id recommend getting an office?chair support cushion. It was a little too low for my office desk so I ended up buying some risers to lift it up a bit.?
Its pretty sturdy and the inside is actually built with real wood (not cheap particle board).?
One recommendation: Get a hex key bit set and grab your electric drill/screwdriver.?
There are a lot of parts that you need to assemble with a hex key (they even provide you the part), instead of spending hours trying to attach each bolt, its much easier to just use a hex bit and an electric screw driver on a slow setting.?
Overall, its nice, the fabric is like a faux soft velvet, and the seat cushion seems to be well made. The only thing Ive noticed is it occasionally makes a little creaking noise when two people are leaning against it.
The most important thing is that my senior cat likes it and now we both have enough space to hang out.
