It is beautiful, looks more expensive than it was. Firm but comfortable. I am in love with it, highly recommend. However the process to build was quite complicated. Since the back of the chair is slightly tilted. Holding it to insert the screws was difficult. Minimum between 2-3 people to build. Other than that. You will not be disappointed!
