The desk came in defective, as holes to attached the main desktop to the drawers are not in the right place. I attached the desk using duck tape and it is a holding and doing the job. It is a good desk and I have adjusted my rating from one to five because of the attentive customer service, I received a full refund, the customer service team stayed with me, and more than made up for the issue. Stuff happens on assembly lines, what counts is if the company steps up and did in a big way, Ill take my chances and get another desk from them based on that.
