Ordering through was easy, while communication was sparse I was able to call and Bark to find out where my couch was and was subsequently contacted by the delivery company to schedule. Everything went fairly easy and the delivery guy (was by himself) helped me bring the box into the house (a lifesaver considering it was cold and bunch of snow). The only difficulty in assembly was because of size and weight of the couch, actual assembly was just removing from box and attaching the legs which are in a small sack in the underside - all in all took about 15 minutes and was ready to be enjoyed. The quality of the furniture is superb, and totally happy I went with over s brand. Sometimes it really is worth it to pay just a bit more for that peace of mind for a couch that will last years and years. Leather color is superb, and has that creamy feel and will only get better over time, a few months down the line will use otter oil on it to enhance its quality.
