I bought this for my 101-year-old mother in-law who was moving from an independent apartment to an assisted living complex. This is the first piece of furniture I have ordered online and I was pretty nervous.
1) would it be delivered on time and undamaged?
2) would it be as easy to put together as they showed?
3) would the electronics work properly?
4) would the quality be good
5) would it be comfortable for my MIL.
Before ordering I contacted House about the?type of delivery and I was impressed by their customer service - their replies were prompt and thorough.?
The recliner arrived a few?weeks ago and I can confidently say that the answer to all 5 of my questions listed above is a very positive YES.?
Everything works great and looks great - and, best of all, my MIL absolutely LOVES it!
