UPDATED REVIEW: House did resend the missing items and made amends for the delay in receiving the chair in one shipment. I want to say it wasnt their fault the items were missing. It was FedExs fault. With the exceptional customer service and the amendment to the price Im changing the review to 5 stars. My MIL does LOVE the chair. Shes 52 and weighs 110lbs. So this fits her frame well. Thanks House for the amendment and prompt customer service detail!! I recommend this seller based off their customer service alone. But the chair is very nice too.
The back 1 of the arms wasnt sent with the order we had 2 wait almost 2 weeks to get a replacement! The chair is wonderful. If wed received items on time this would be a five star rating. Unfortunately the wait was critical bc the chair was for a 93 yr old who was stuck in a bed for those 10 days. Consequently she fell out of the bed so we arent happy about our experience with this seller.
