The chair seems to be sturdy enough. It works well!! My wife likes the massage function. s customer service is great!! The power supply for the chair got damaged. My fault not theirs. However when I contacted the company to see about purchasing a replacement; they told me there was no need. They sent me a replacement free of charge. I dont review a lot of products, however, I felt that this was worth mentioning!! Thank you for your help if you by chance see this review!!
