The manufacturer has incredible customer service. Its very comfy and Im very happy! Needed something small for my apartment. Its nice that it came with an ottoman for extra leg room/ could be used as center table. Love that I can seat more people in my living room and have some space for an accent chair. Not the most luxurious or fluffy sofa but great for the price.
