Glad my original review is correct for this company.I agree with reviews of other customers, as far as comfort, ease to assemble etc. Unfortunately the color didnt work for me and I requested to return it. Since this was purchased thru a third party I sent an email via . The company responded within 24 hour. They even offered me a discount if I considered keep the chair. The return label was sent within 48 hours and the company paid for the return shipping. I know if I ever purchase products from them in the future I can rely on them to provide excellent customer service skills. They are attentive, professional, accommodating, and true to their word. so beautiful and wonderful
