All four of the stools I ordered came quickly and are unblemished. The end was missing from one of the height adjustment levers so I contacted seller.
The bases are not as heavy as I expected them to be, but at this price I am not surprised. The vinyl is very heavy and not attractive so I plan to have an upholsterer recover the seats and backs with sturdy decorative fabric that complements the rest of my kitchen.
I will update my review in regard to durability after Ive had them for several months.
