Directions were missing. Had to call for them. The model number was not found on their website. Yes they did email it to me fast. Its a little wobbly. Not too much but very light weight so I will most likely be replacing it shortly because I have fast growing boys. Its also pretty short. Like if it was a little taller the trundle wouldnt seem almost forced under Three Stars.
