We bought this fan due to good reviews and the simple yet perfect design to modernize our space. We replaced an old oak and gold fan that had likely been in the house for 30+ years. Please excuse the dust in the photos, there is no discoloration, we have loved this fan and use it a lot but its very high up with vaulted ceilings. This fan is truly whisper quiet and moves air well. Well balanced and only wiggles a tiny bit at the highest speeds. It is also the perfect color to complement our beams in our living room and I love that the LED has 3 different warmth settings. The remote came with a handy thoughtful wall mount and we keep it mounted next to the light switch. My husband had no trouble installing the fan either. The only thing I wish is that it was a bit brighter but the room is quite large and I dont expect a single ceiling fan to light the distant corners. You can certainly see the whole room even if just the fan light is on.
