While I do like the overall look, sturdiness and comfort, I think the manufacturer doesnt uphold strong production standards or review before they ship. First of all, the instructions came printed out of order, and I mean front and back double sided pages were not collated correctly for both chairs I bought. The assembly descriptions were not great either, there were some pieces not addressed or pictures that didnt mean anything to the actual product from what I can tell. Secondly, the wood only had lacquer on the sides that are visible; in which, might not be a huge deal normally but if you have your hands on the arm rest, what will naturally happen? Your fingers will curl around the armrest and touch the underside, and here it turns out to be rough and unfinished. Not a great feeling. Also, there are spots on the visible surfaces where the lacquer wasnt applied well or didnt dry quite right and it is also rough in these spots. Thirdly, the wooden pegs that are used to cover up where the screws are used either dont quite fit or fall out easily. Lastly, the wooden dowels that are used to hold the front bottom cross beam to the legs of the chair are way too small for the holes so they dont offer much security.
Overall, if I was using this for a spare room in my house I wouldnt mind, but I got these for my business and I am not sure if I will keep them at this point. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.
Good but could easily be better
