A 3 star because it was more difficult to assemble than expected and had to improvise. The final product looks good and I like the firmness of the cushionneed more usage to comment on sturdiness. Assemblygot through most of the steps within the first 30 mins, but spent the next few hours struggling to line up the bolt to the bran nut for both arms. I ended going to Lowes to get a cross headed bolt of similar dimension and length to complete the assembling. While trying to figure out where to get technical support as I was too far down the work to disassemble and return the product, the links for website led to nowhere and there was no phone number listed. customer service provided a number but by then I had improvised already. The chair though looks good and I like the firmness of the cushion. Will report on sturdiness after some usage. Needs improvement in quality.
