This chair is so comfortable that I like sitting in it even when Im not working. I suppose theres no higher compliment I can give.
Its very expensive and theyre certainly making a killing, but you will probably get over 10 years of use out of it. We had chairs like this at work and they didnt seem to break much, plus in any case theres a 12 year warranty.
The main gotcha is that if you have wooden floors, you will need to buy a different set of casters to prevent the chair from moving around too easily. These are the ones you want - I think they should let you choose which casters you want when buying the chair on , but it doesnt add a huge cost percentage-wise to buy the replacements.
The other gotcha is that so far it seems like it will be difficult to clean. Ill update the review once I try doing it.
Other than that, if you can afford it, I would recommend it. After youve had a chair like this, you will never go back to one-size-fits-all non-adjustable chairs when you are working.
