Gee, where to start． I LOVE this chair! Arrived on schedule, no damage. Nicely packed. I havent bought a lot of office furniture, but a chair of this quality at this price seems hard to believe. I hadnt thought about the fact that it was going to arrive knocked down, and Id have to assemble it/but it went together easy/peezy. Say, 20/30 minutes． In fact, after taking what I thought was everything out of the box, I didnt realize until I was FINISHED that Id missed the instruction booklet. It was there/Id just missed it. Id go so far as to say that assembly is idiot/proof. The parts and fasteners go together pretty much intuitively. As the instructions remind you: DONT use power tools to drive the screws/use the included Allen key, or your own HAND SCREWDRIVER with a hex bit. A power drill can strip the heads or threads of the screws. A very high/quality product made in China.
