Chances are you havent seen my review of another gaming chair here on , but I will share that I was not kind. I think I was fair though.
This chair, by , is what I would expect in this price range, and more.
Assembly / 5
No bending brackets to get them to align here. Everything fit and every threaded part worked as a typical consumer would expect. If I had to dock anything, it would be the slightly odd back support pivot covers. They were labeled from the front of the chair rather than sitting in the chair, and they overlap in a way I didnt expect. I take off 0.00000001 stars for that :P
Support / 5
This chair is spot on for my 62 pandemic enlarged frame. The density of the seat cushion might put lighter people off. For me, at 225/230 lbs it is lovely. I will grant 5 plus 0.00000001 stars here (so we are back at 5).
Comfort / 4
The size is pretty close to perfect for big and tall. I am using ATOMDOC 3 wheels, which gives a bit more lift.
The back support is perfect. No need for the lumber lump (which is far less lumpy than others, and a better soft covering) or my usual web lumbar insert. The set back is great!
The seat pan could be longer, especially for a gaming chair, but we dont have the pinching side bolsters of the normal raciing style here (you do understand you dont pull Gs in virtual racing, right people! Youre not going to slid off the seat). I will craft a front roll to support my legs up front.
Tilt lock is a welcome addition in this price range. I would have preferred to have some negative adjustment for office tasks (BIFMA suggest /4 while OSHA states up to /5 degrees)
Overall, I highly recommend this chair. It gets great reviews for big tall users, and I can see why.
Truly an Aming Chair
