Smaller than I expected. Only thing I didnt like was that you couldnt easily push the trundle all the way back without cutting a support beam that is there. So the trundle sticks out as pictured on the ad which is weird. So we cut the little tiny beam so it would push in all the way. Seems like a tiny flaw in the design. Other than that. we love it! Got memory foam mattresses and pillows and it is perfect for the guest room.
